Ilyse Veron

Ilyse Veron is an Emmy award-winning Washington, DC press corps veteran with a track record of providing strategic communications services to high social impact organizations. She spent 12 years driving global conversations on public affairs as a producer and reporter for PBS' NewsHour. For the past decade, with expertise on public and nonprofit leadership, she has translated in-depth and complex research into content for public consumption on social and other digital media.

In recent years, Ilyse has served in senior roles at organizations that advanced research and solutions for challenges of public health, security and climate change. As a consultant to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Ilyse wrote stories about disease prevention and response and provided insight on the global health security agenda.
