Tracy Dexter

Tracy Dexter is experienced in conflict and post-conflict settings, having worked with governments, communities, local associations, and non-governmental, multilateral and bilateral organizations in them. For both the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), she has designed, managed and appraised justice, peacebuilding, and development projects and programs. She has strong strategic planning and analysis skills, and expertise in gender, specializing in women, as well as peace and security, including transitional justice.

She has deep knowledge of development policy issues, particularly on the African continent, and excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills. She is fluent in English and French, and is proficient in Spanish.
