Carlisle has worked with us on numerous projects. She led the final evaluation of Let Girls Lead’s Adolescent Girls’ Advocacy and Leadership Initiative (AGALI). We used this evaluation to improve our model and to attract more funding to Let Girls Lead and additional initiatives. Carlisle helped us develop our theory of change and measurement system for Rise Up, our overarching program under which our many initiatives fit. She is leading our evaluation of Champions for Change Nigeria, led our evaluation of the Youth Champions Initiative, and is offering technical assistance to our evaluation of Champions for Change Kenya. Humanity United is redesigning our approach to peacebuilding. To inform that process, we wanted to learn from a pilot program in Burundi about what difference short-term funding can make at critical junctures, as well as how to design effective learning processes for peace builders more generally. BLE Solutions designed an evaluation and learning tool for us and provided us with ongoing technical assistance during its implementation, since we had to make frequent changes to the design as the situation in Burundi changed. BLE Solutions also provided guidance on national and international-level learning approaches appropriate for peacebuilding contexts. BLE Solutions developed an advocacy toolkit for our newborn health program at Save the Children.
