Robin Kane

Robin Kane, MPA, is principal of RK Evaluation & Strategies, LLC. She has more than 20 years of experience in program planning, evaluation, policy advocacy and communications in the public service sector. Her consulting practice bridges the worlds of advocacy and evaluation. In addition to leading advocacy evaluation projects, Robin also directs comprehensive process and outcome evaluations, facilitates planning efforts, conducts evaluation trainings, and researches and writes internal reports and external program materials.

Clients include the Democracy Fund, the Union of Concerned Scientists, the Commonwealth Fund, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Physicians for Human Rights, and the Human Rights Campaign. Previously, she was an evaluation consultant with Innovation Network and a public relations consultant with Fenton Communications and Spitfire Strategies.

Robin has a Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration in nonprofit management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Service and international politics from the Pennsylvania State University.
